The kitchen space provides a health-certified commercial kitchen, available 24/7, to food-based businesses, producing and selling product in the metro-region. Kitchen clients benefit from commercial grade mixers, food processors, ranges, and ovens as well as commercial grade equipment to help support your business. The standard kitchen work space includes a range & oven, a charbroiler, a cookshack SM160 smoker, FEC 300 smoker, convection ovens, flat top grill, 40 gallon tilt skillet, 20 qt mixer and more. There is a load in and load out areas conveniently located on both ends of the facility. The facility also houses rentable space for your dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
